How ShiftReady PH uses your laptop inquiry details

ShiftReady PH collects only the details needed to match you with available second-hand laptop options, answer questions, and follow up about the inquiry you submitted.

What we collect

When you submit a laptop match request, we may collect your name, mobile number, city, budget, work or study use case, optional email, preferred contact method, payment preference, notes, page source, campaign source, consent version, submission time, and page URL.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you by the channels you allow, send available unit options, share photos or test notes, answer questions, and arrange public meetup or pickup terms when a unit is confirmed. We do not take payment on this website.

Marketing updates

When you submit the consent checkbox, ShiftReady PH may contact you about the laptop inquiry and may also send related laptop offers, restock alerts, buyer guides, price updates, and related work, study, or online-income opportunity updates by SMS, Messenger, phone, or email if you provide those details. You can opt out anytime.

Consent sources

We may contact you when you submit a ShiftReady PH form, Facebook lead form, Messenger inquiry, SMS reply, phone inquiry, or another direct request where you gave contact details and asked for laptop offers, guides, or updates.

Opt out

You can ask ShiftReady PH to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to an SMS, use the unsubscribe or preference link in an email, or tell us in Messenger or phone follow-up. We suppress hard bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, and stop requests before future promotional email sends.

Retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records long enough to manage buyer follow-up, warranty questions, opt-out proof, and campaign quality review. If you want your contact details updated or removed from active follow-up, tell the ShiftReady PH operator and include your request reference if you have one.

Safety

Do not send passwords, government IDs, bank details, or payment screenshots through the website form. Payment and release terms are confirmed only after a real unit, condition notes, and public meetup or pickup details are reviewed.
